This post office employs cordial, friendly, and helpful staff. Various services are offered here, from sending letters, money, and items, selling stamps, paying bills for BPJS (Indonesian National Health and Insurance System), electricity, tap water, and taxes, depositing money to Bank Tabungan Negara (with a ridiculous amount of fee) and withdrawing pension funds. There are about 32 seats for people queuing for their turn. However even if those 32 seats are full (an occurence that rarely happens), the good design of spacious and clean interior of the office does not look crowded. Two garbage bins are each placed in the front and back of the office, allowing people to throw garbage properly. Athough this place is strategically located west of the famous Gondayu Bridge, sometimes people can easily miss this place. The parking space is also not too spacious but may still accommodate the visitors' vehicles if there are not so many of them.

Tempat baru yang bagus dengan layanan pelanggan yang ramah sebelum Anda mengirim surat, uang, atau untuk membayar berbagai macam tagihan bisa di lakukan di sini. Pelayanan di sini sangat bagus dan ada beberapa karyawan sehingga tidak akan menunggu lama untuk mendapatkan antrian.
