Maybe I was just lucky but the service was top-notch when I sent my package there. The staffs are all friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!

The customer service counter was not so friendly. She served me while talking with other people at same time so I waited quite long only to pay my things. The car park guy is friendlier than the lady in costumer service.

I came back to the place last month but different costumer service when I wanted to send books for a friend Living in Ubud, Bali. (Last time I took my posts and paid in the purchasing counter). The costumer service was nice, fast and super friendly at night. I was surprised that the post office was still opened at 9.00 pm. And now I am about to send another thing through this post. It always goes to the destination on time thats why Im addicted to come again and again. Good place at the center of city, and good service!response / report this review -

Just like VM said before, the female customer service is NOT friendly. (The other customer services are OK).
I sent a bouquet for my friend's graduation, and she read the greetings card (that's a privacy!) while talking to her co-worker. Even when I asked her about the queue number she ignored me. She is worse than the parking guy, he is much friendlier than her. Please fix this.response / report this review -

Sangat disayangkan pelayanan kurang ramah, terkesan menyepelekan. Beberapa hal saya tanyakan terkait kiriman paket dijawab dengan seadanya. Memang tidak semua petugas, hanya saja hal ini cukup mengganggu. Semoga menjadi koreksi untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan.

Layanan pengiriman express next day barang percuma. Gak tiba tepat waktu. Kurir juga gak ada konfirmasi ke penerima. Alasannya sampai lokasi yg dituju Kantor tutup. Pd hal klo kurir nelpon ke penerima ada orang yg terima barang di dalam kantor. Kapok kirim barang lagi
