This place was an old post office but it's renovate become more modern. It's easy to know this place because before this place, there are 3-way junction and it's located in the center. It's consist of white and orange colour. When we go there, we push the door to open and don't forget to pick queue number on the right side beside you open the door. After that you can go to the right side, there is a table that consist of glue (to glue stamp, mail, etc), postal money orders slip, and other. You can read the information there or ask the operator. After that you can wait on wait area. There have many seats and wait until they calling your number. After that you can go to the operator number according to command. You can give the number you got then they will process what you want and pay it. The cost is different according to what you want. For you, if you want to send mail from Pontianak to Jakarta with "kilat khusus" you have to pay Rp 20.500.

I accidentally lost my consignment note. When I came to the office asking them to print a new one, they can not print it or even provide me with the consignment note number.
