Getting better after the renovation. Service is somewhat better although still lacking with the efficiency since everything is centralized with the teller section, which most of the time are not properly manned.

Baru kali ini saya ngalamin dan di kota ini pengalaman itu ngirim barang lamanya minta ampun sudah 2 minggu lebih ngak sampai ke tangan saya pdhal cuma dari bali ke jakarta yang dari bali ke bangka belitung aja ngk sampai seminggu udah sampai mohon petugas pos lebih profesional lagi kasian para konsumen yang nunggu (maaf)
