Samsat paling ribet di Lampung, proses susah berbelit2.. tidak teraturruwet Kalau lewat orang dalem baru lancar

Just now (Friday, August 6, 2021) I went to Samsat to print and validate my vehicle registration certificate after paying taxes online yesterday in the "e-salam v2" application.
Arriving at Samsat, they were immediately told to go to counter 1 (registration), said that they wanted validation. They were told to go to counter 3. There, immediately attach the files: STNK, KTP, BPKB, Proof of Payment.
After waiting 5 minutes, I was called again and it turned out that it couldn't print because the system wasn't in sync yet. Please wait at least 2 days after payment.

Come back here because yesterday I tried to print it on Lamtim but couldn't.
This morning he came, said he wanted to print the STNK, and the file was immediately received. Now waiting. Will update again later.
Btw, there are free wifi facilities. Try speedtest speed: see in the photo.

Please the government of CENTRAL LAMPUNG to fix this SAMSAT MOUNTAIN SUGIH. A LOT OF FRAUD in it, a lot of insider brokers, paying taxes must be shot and then made easier. People want to pay taxes, but if it is difficult, especially if there are other costs, they are thinking about paying, especially now that there is a pandemic, please help SAMSAT do the right work, fast, HONEST! My suggestion is that all payment systems are ONLINE, so insiders will not be able to play with money.
