  Very old office. Needs a good renovation. Everything is made so that you have to do everything through agents. Long queues, very impolite girls in infofmation sanding you back and forward. 250 people in line to payment and no movingwell i have felt like an ant but not like a human therr

  Government office, place to pay your vehicle tax and do all the legal papers of it. Like other Indonesia's public service office, this place always crowded, people already come even before it open. The queue may frustrating for some people who don't have a lot time to do it, but actually it is pretty easy to get everything done as long as you bring all the requirements and you are patience enough to wait.

  The system was already ok, it just i think they need bigger place because the amount of people come here. Not enough seat to sit and you have to really focus when they call your number because the counter are very close each other and they call the number at the same time. But over all the service was ok

  I'm not from the local Bali. I thought it will be hardway and confusing. But, i found it was easy and free for 'cek fisik' as long you fulfill all the documents. Thank you for the team work and their best services.

  Berharap kedepan pelayanannya bisa lebih mudah cepat dan efisien. Petugas yang profesional dan bebas percaloan. Saat ini hampir tiap loket harus antri dan sangat makan waktu. Dan ditambah lagi dengan permasalahan nama yang tidak masih tidak sesuai. Huruf "F" diganti huruf "P", harus mengurus lagi ke gedung timur lantai 2. Benar- benar harus sediakan waktu dan tenaga extra

  buruk seburuk" nya..petugas tidak teliti!!! terjadi kesalahan penulisan dari petugas tapi kita yang harus bolak-balik benerin..mana di puter"in terus!!!! worst institute!!!! jam sudah hampir habis malah petugas gak ada di tempat.. himbauannya agar masyarakat mengurus sendiri.. tp mengirus sendiri malah di persulit!!

  pelayan jelek , uang banyak karyawan sangat kurang , layanan cek fisik makan siang tak ada pengganti jauh jauh mau bayar pajak layanan kayak gini pejabat bangat teori enak di elo nih orang bosan anter !!!

  Expect the usual frustrations from a government office. The staff try to do their best and are helpful. The premises is not big enough for all the cars and motorbikes waiting for examination. Expect to have to park out on the street.

  Tolong buka Samsat online (website), jadi tidak perlu ngantri, hanya perlu bayar melalui ATM dan menunjukkan bukti pembayaran utk mengganti STNKnya. Saya kira Denpasar termasuk kota besar harusnya ada Samsat Online-nya..

  krodit spt pasar badungtiga hari berturut turut sy cb ngurus PKB..gagal total. krn nggak bs masuk halaman kantor.mohon layanan samsat onlinenya dibuka kembaliagar memudahkan kami masyarakat yg taat pajak..

  It's a government office, for the people to pay their vehicle's tax. It's always crowdy. And they closes too early, especially on friday. A bit confusing on the process, i think they should make another office to separate between south, east, west and north denpasar payments.
