There's a not so huge hall for us for dance rehearsal. Enough for 300 personnels but best for not more than 100 people to dance together comfortably. Great room size and accoustic for giving command without loudspeaker. Easily accessible from Sudirman station with a bit walking to Latuharhary busway stop and only 4 stops away to GOR Soemantri, and then walk 500 meters to this building. Or easily grab a motorbike taxi and drive 10 minutes fron Sudirman station, vice versa. Just tell the driver to go behind Epicentrum or Plaza Festival, and then they will know where to go.

Very easy to find from road, located near pasar festival kuningan. This building owned by Pemda DKI Jakarta, in here you can find library too in 7-8 floor

Nyi Ageng Serang building is an old government building and not interesting as tourist attraction. However on the 4th floor you find "WIC" - The Women International Club that celebrated his 50th birthday last year. Interesting for Expatriate women moving to Jakarta.
You meet women from many countries. Among others Ambassador's spouses.

Ga recommended buat nikahan deh. Apalagi sound systemnya. Soundmannya aja tidur selama resepsi jadi suaranya ga keruan. Sangat ga direkomendasi buat acara nikahan dengan band. Keliatan banget ya gedung pemerintahan yang mau duitnya doang tanpa kasih pelayanan yang sesuai.

Quite comfort to read and get focus since the main room is large. The availability of the book ranging from business, education, law, to religion around a thousand less or more. It gives u access to wifi for laptop and computer. Librarian are warmly welcomed to help you whenever there's a problem. Moreover, you don't have to worry about the access to mushola and food court since it's reachable ^ ^

I came on Saturday, there was no air conditioning, only several big fans with limited coverage. You have to have DKI Jakarta ID Card to register as member. If you're not a member (and cannot register to be the one), you won't be able to connect your notebook to the WiFi. Only notebook is allowed to connect to their WiFi. I prefer other more friendly libraries in Jkt.

Kelebihan
Perpustakaan Bagus, kamar mandi Bersih, Mushola Ada, Buku banyak, Suasana Tenang, Ada Komputer untuk Akses internet, Banyak meja duduk untuk membaca. Jam buka cukup panjang.

Kelemahan
Menjadi anggota hanya untuk warga yg punya KTP DKI, Wifi dan Komputer hanya untuk Anggota. Ruangan membaca kurang dingin.

Berada di Lt. 7 Gedung Nyi Ageng Serang. Di belakang Plaza Festival, lebih tepatnya di sebelah Stadion Kuningan

Perpustakaan yang baik karena buka dari jam 9 pagi sampai jam 9 malam.

Cukup luas, nyaman, banyak pilihan buku bagi yang haus ilmu. Yang hobi sejarah dan novel juga dimanjakan di sini.

Really love this place. You can read books, work, or use their computer for free. Very spacious and lots of desk and chairs with power outlets. They have locker also, you need to store your bags there before going in. The collections are okay, from books to magazines and newspapers.
