  PTSP has not used a queuing number system, it is a bit confusing to wait for service when it is crowded. The staff at PTSP are quite informative and friendly enough. It's just that if we want to take care of legalizing KTPs, marriage certificates, etc., those on the service floor are very slow because only 1 person receives file processing. If it's busy, I take 90 minutes to legalize my KTP because only 1 person is serving. Even though on the floor there are several tables and staff.

  Pelayanan cepat dan profesional
  Tidak butuh waktu lama untuk mengantri
  Parkir luas dan rapi
  Posisi pintu masuk agak kesamping

  Bagus, pelayanannya cepat, petugasnya gesit.. antriannya lancar, tertib, ruangannya bersih dan nyaman..
  Tapi sayang bikin KTP disini saya masih diminta pungutan 35rb, padahal tulisannya gratis, mgkin buat administrasi.
