Ured je udaljen od grada. Zgrada je moderna i nova. Osoblje je ljubazno i susretljivo, sluzi se izvrsnim engleskim. Jedini je problem sto proces produljenja vize traje tri dana i zahtjeva minimum 3 dolaska u ured.

Horrible. People here like to let you wait and come back another time. Worst imigrasi so far in Indonesia

Excellent helpful staff with good language skills. The process of renewing a visa still needs a lot of work. Count on a minimum of 3 working days and at least 3 visits to the Cantor, which is well out of town. You must have a local sponsor to do a visa renewal. The local Cantor Pos in LB has the stamps (6000 rp) you need for the sponsors signature. There is a photo copy shop just up the hill from the Komodo National Park office for duplicating any documents - you will need a copy of main passport page, copy of your original visa and entry stamp. Probably need a copy of your exit ticket as well.

New office opened in labuan bajo. Since the indonesian immigration office opened in labuan bajo it is now also possible to extend your paid visa on arrival in labuan bajo. So. Not the free turist visa. They are located on the other side of the airport runway. So you need transportation to get there.
