This is another branch of Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 Bandung, it has the same immigration services.

Its located in Soekarno Hatta street before " Sepatu Statue/ Patung Sepatu" Cibaduyut Intersection.

Its on BINACITRA building, its like mix offices place where Its located in the 3rd level of the building.
You must use the Lift or the stairs.

It has Prayer room and toilet, and also comfortable chairs in the waiting room

Good place. With the new system implemented, the process much much faster!
Just make sure you already got your schedule by making on Antrian Paspor (android/ios apps).
Prepare pen, materai, and copy of files needed if you want to go cheaper. But they also had a photocopy outlet serving everykind of stuff like that.

Comfortable seat in. I was coming at 7 and they calling me at 10. Too slow. We need other things to do. Toilets is very stingy and bad. Service quite good and no need calo like before.
I just take my number and go to hard shine car wash in front of the office, have time to have a breakfast and cleaning my car. They have a clean toilet there.
But the office is much better than jln surapati. I suggest to do the immigration staff here.

Their service is just too slow. But much better than couple years ago. Come early (before 6am) to get in line before the gate open, otherwise you'll be far behind. Limited to 150 applicants per day.

Harus dari pagi sekali kalau mau buat paspor, diusahakan dari jam 6 pagi untuk ambil no. antrian. Baik disini ataupun di Kantor Imigrasi Surapati sama saja, sama penuhnya

Perlu dipikirkan bagaimana mempercepat pelayanan saat ambil nomer karena menunggu dari 6.30 pagi untuk antri dan buka jam 7.30 tanpa ada kursi, sdh menunggu sampai jam 9 pagi masih belum dapat nomer nih.

Datang pagi sekitar jam 6 untuk ambil nomor antrian, pelayanan mulai 7.30. selesai foto dan wawancara sekitar pukul 10.00.

sebaiknya kantor pelayanan publik tidak tutup jam 14.00, kalau orang kerja, terpaksa jadi cuti, dan kalau nggak bisa cuti, jadi mendorong terjadinya per calo an alias pungli.
