  Kantor pemerintahan yang sudah dibangun sejak lama, loaksi strategis di jantung kota Mataram. Lapangan rumputnya terawat, udara sejuk karena dikelilingi pohon-pohon yang tinggi. Halaman parkir sering dijadikan lokasi senam pagi dan jogging masyarakat Mataram dan sekitarnya. Kebersihan juga terjaga.
