  This place is a mess. They don't have counter for services so everyone just crammed into one small office. They don't have ticket numbers. It is law of the jungle inside. The flow of services are not clear. Tips for the first timer, please be ready to get ping ponged from one officer to another. I think the officers are too busy and tired to pay attention about hospitality.
