  Pelayanan untuk sekelas BUMN sangat amat buruk, tidak ada yg menegur orang yg merokok didaerah antrian/ruang tunggu.. waktu pelayanan (after ishoma) tidak jelas..

  I come here many times, always offline, never open. It's better if the office is closed if only security guards are serving

  Trying to call to find BPJS registration information for CPNS, have tried to call 4 times, in about 2 hours. The phone was picked up but immediately hung up again without returning a greeting or anything.
  
  Please repair the service system and the quality of the human resources who work there. Because many people need BPJS assistance. Thank you for the "professional and courteous" service.

  Kekantor BPJS Banjarmasin tidak bisa mengklaim bilang satpam nya pagi jam7.30 saya datang kurang lebih jam 9.00 masa TDK bisa mengambil pormulir, pelayanan nya lambat hampir,2 jam baru6 orang dipanggil

  SatpanN bagus ramah komunikatif. Kasihan si soalN cuma 1 orang satpamN. Yg datang lumayan bnyak tiap menit ada. (pas saya dtg ke bpjs) Kaya kewalahan satpamN tp bagus kasi informasi ke tiap orang yg dtg. Untuk csN cuma ada 2 . Saran si bisa ditambah lagi buat CS nya Biar cepet pelayananN. G ad tukang parkir n kantor bersih. Bisa dpt minum air putih jugaa 😁😂. Buka dr jam 8 pagi sampe jam 3 sore. Oke

  Lambat, pegawai front officenya terlalu sedikit dan penanganan per antrianya cukup lama. Dampaknya kita harus menunggu lama. Rata2 1 nomor antrian ditangani lebih dr 15 menitan

  Asuransi sosial yang menurut saya memiliki kinerja baik dengan usia yang baru berjalan 4 tahun setelah bertransformasi dari PT Askes. Perubahan perubahan yang dilakukan demi peningkatan pelayanan kepada peserta juga terlihat signifikan seperti adanya Mobile JKN yang dapat di download melalui Playstore di handphone berbasis Android 4.0 ke atas atau di App Store apabila anda menggunakan iPhone.
  Mobile JKN ini dapat membantu kita sebagai peserta untuk melakukan pendaftaran peserta baru, perubahan data peserta, perubahan faskes, pengecekan iuran dan informaso lainnya.
  Jadi dari pada netizen antri di kantor BPJS Kesehatan, lebih baik download Mobile JKN, terus gunakan deh fitur fitur yang ada di aplikasi tersebut.
