I am an independent customer of the Grobogan District Healthcare BPJS.
Suggestions for BPJS health and 2 security teller employees .. Please be empathetic to customers. Due to busy conditions, sometimes the sound of the queue number machine is not heard clearly. At that time I queued as usual, got number 41, queued for about 1 hour. I waited when I was called because the sound of the machine sounded small in a rather crowded condition, my customer did not hear a voice call number 41, suddenly I realized that the screen was number 42.
I rushed to the teller, but I couldn't because number 42 had arrived. So I went right with number 42 on the call. I thought I waited after number 42 and then I was served, it turned out that I was immediately next to number 43 and when I complained, I said it was because it was late I had to take the queue number again.
And when you take the queue again there are almost 70 more queues.
Astagfirullah Astagfirullah be patient patient patient In my heart keep doing that.

Yes, maybe I was wrong not to see the screen all the time, whether it's SOP or something from BPJS grobogan. I just guess
Discipline is fine, only I think the employee's empathy is very lacking. They don't seem to want to bother taking care of one late person. Maybe they think work is tired and not tired of the same salary, it's better not to be complicated. State money too. I don't know why I feel that's what's on their mind.
Maybe this also happens to other customers so I make this comment for learning to create together.

The point is, maybe I just want to share, for learning together, as a customer you have to always look at the screen, especially at BPJS KESEHATAN GROBOGAN. Not all employees have the same empathy as in a bank, if they are called, no one has been called twice, who knows someone doesn't hear.

And for the employees, please work and have empathy, your work helps people, maybe it won't affect your work, but that is the salary. Only if you can work more sincerely and feel empathy, God willing, there will be a return later from the Almighty.
