  I registered for BPJS Mandiri Scra online for my mother, thank God, one day it immediately became.. Thank you, Mr./Mrs. on duty. Thank you to the security guard who is willing to give direction to us who don't understand the flow yet.. Thank you to all who are on duty..

  Unsatisfactory service when served by apprentices. Explanations are always incomplete, as a result, you have to go back and forth from the house 3 times.

  Pelayanan cukup. Standar. Proses cukup mudah selama kita ikuti prosedur termasuk berkas harus lengkap. Pengalaman pribadi, 2 hari setelah penyerahan berkas kemudian di telpon sama pihak BPJS. Di informasikan no virtual account dan tanggal pembayarannya. Setelah itu tinggal ambil kartu di kantor. Cepat dan mudah.. Salut buat staffnya terutama pak sekuriti yg ikut memverifikasi berkas dan melayani pertanyaan custumer. Walaupun tugas utamanya adalah pengaman. Tetep istiqomah dan sabar ya pak. Over all, okelah untuk ukuran pelayanan publik dari pemerintah. Tetap tingkatan lagi biar masuk kategori 'excelent'
