  The lounge area is quite comfortable, waiting for the slow service queue.
  The tax service rule is rather strange, because the taxpayer for the e-billing application and VAT invoice must come by themselves bringing the original KTP and the original Kartu Keluarga, and the officer should check the authenticity of these two documents.
  This indicates that the data in the tax office is not yet connected to the data of e-KTP recorded by Dukcapil.

  Every time I need go there to pay tax they never ever work. During normal days they close at 15:00, also if the official timing to close is 16:00. I think depend if the manager is at the office or not. During the last days available to pay tax, 19 - 20 they close at 13:00 or 14:00 is random, I think the same reason, probably the manager go home at 12:00 so the workers close the office early. Sucks service and sucks workers. Shame on this office.
