  There are no clear signage where we should head to, and the temps they hired to give people directions were overwhelmed especially during the days approaching tax deadline. If you stumbled on the e-filing, please bring your own laptop and Bolt-dongle for net connection because their servers crashed. There's no parking space so you should immediately head to LIA, the building next to it - and hopefully you can park there.

  Buat NPWP dari tgl 28 Februari 2017 sampai tgl 9 Maret 2017 kok belum diantar juga. Apa harus mengambil kartunya langsung ke KPP Pratama Jakarta Pulogadung ya?

  The staff are very helpfull, they still serve even on lunch break although not all of them. They need to add more staff especially when it's crowded.

  pelayanan selalu ramah, sangat membantu kalau ada yang kurang jelas pasti petugas akan menjelaskan dg sabar. fasilitas agak kurang spt wc yang kurang bersih dan warung makan yg sulit di cari. Jam buka ngaret, jam 8.30an baru mulai pelayanannya, jam 1.30 baru mulai lagi pelayanannya setelah rehat siang. Ruang dlm dipakai unk merokok shg baunya menjalar sampai ruang tunggu yg ada di depan.

  Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama wilayah Pulogadung. Sangat ramah kepada wajib pajak. Fasilitas yang perlu ditambah, toilet.
