  I think KFC now had terrible QC Take so much time just for served one costumer (which not surprised because only one counter open from 3 and one man/women served as cashier and everything). And this is for all KFC in surabaya, theres always an empty menu And we must wait for not almost 20 minutes if still want that menu

  For fried chicken, this is the best fried chicken for me
  But KFC pondok tjandra is not the best place to eat.
  Air conditioning is not working sometime.
  Toilet is not clean enough and it is only at second floor.
