Great menu to choose, fast-food dishes. Dessert menus here are awesome (such a sundae, cone ice-cream) and bento, corn soup, crispy fried chicken are also super good. But when I orderthe sphagetti I was a bit unsatisfied because it didn't containt a lot of meat, just a small balls of meatballs (it's so small to be honest 😂). Crowded place, nothing to see here 'cause you can only see store, and elevator here ('cause it's in mall!) But the place is quite good, beside there is a bookstorw named "Gramedia", and near there is a lot of fashion store, only 1 min. to go to the nearest restroom.

KFC terdapat banyak cabang di Batam. salah satunya adalah di BCS mall bersebelahan dengan Gramedia Bookstore. tempat yang disediakan cukup sempit. tidak begitu nyaman karena tidak ada ruangan terbuka, hanya tersedia ruangan tertutup dibagian dalam. pelayanannya memuaskan dan ramah.
