Standard fried chicken and.french fries like KFC branches anywhere. But from my last two visits, the french fries size got notably smaller and less quality than before, meaning taste more like fried 'something' than potato.
Some of the servers need to learn how to actually serve.

kfc food is a junk food? well, maybe not here. kfc food is kind an expensive food here. But overall, the place is comfortable to eat and also to hang out here. with the sea view.

We go here fairly often. The food is fine, but we almost always have to wait 15-20 minutes for more chicken to be fried. At least it's fresh when we get it!

KFC outlet with the best view in Ambon, go to the 2nd floor since it's good for us to see the Ambon gulf while we enjoy our meal.
The staff work here is very helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately they seem like they don't put enough attention to repair the sink for it's been not work properly in an amount of time.response / report this review -

Love to eat here although the taste was just average like any other KFC outlet around Indonesia. What makes it different is that they have a nice new building and nice decoration as well. The second floor seats has view to Ambon beach. Unfortunately, some people smokes a lot and disturbs other visitors by their smoke.

The place is quite good with standard KFC housestyle and square of playground. What most need to improve is the hospitality of servers which seem anattentive, careless, and ignorant. The supervisor is neglect when there is a queue but they only open one row for cashier, or they even dont care about the customer order item. I was ordering regular chicken and french fries for my kiddos when they put me some hot crispy chicken and forvot to put french fries for me..it was luck that i checked it before my returning home..

Setelah saya menelusuri beberapa KFC di ambon, saya rasa KFC ini terbaik di ambon, lingkungannya tenang, pemandangan lantai 2 nya menghadap pantai, pelayannya ramah, bersih tapi lebih ditingkatkan lagi kesigapannya setelah pengunjung selesai makan.
