Unbelievably slow food preparation and horribly long wait (30 mins) with no warning that the order will take so long to be filled and order still gets messed-up, even when the store is almost empty, and has happened on too many occasions. Supervisor simply ignores what is going on. Come only if you really REALLY must eat KFC, and are not in a hurry with plenty of time to spare.
