The food was great and the view was good. The price was a bit much. While we were sitting facing the beach, there was also musicians randomly walking up to us to sing and then asked for money. It was uncomfortable to tell them we didn't have any cash. Wish the restaurants on this chain would say no soliciting somewhere.

AVOID..Highly priced and very expensive for the quality you getting. You can get much better and cheaper seafood in Bali by 80-90% . I do not recommend because its a scam by tour guides and taxi drivers will take you there to take there comission.

Junkung reataurant let me immediately think to its wonderful few on Bali beach and the sound of the waves. The restaurant is focused on seafood only, no alternatives for anyone in your group who doesn't like or can't eat fish. The menu offers pre-build combinations or fish by the weight only, I would have liked clearer solutions. The price is high for the service, for example the tables are not covered with any kind of cloth. Toilets are so so. I would suggest it for seafood lovers only.

While the food is fine, it is not exceptional and comparable to many tourist restaurants in the area. However, their prices are at least three times as expensive as what you would pay in a similar restaurant at a different location. So consider whether dining on the beach is worth the extra cost because nothing else about this restaurant stands out.

Despite ridiculous pricing, they add an insult to injury and charge 3% extra for using a credit card.

I ate here for twice. First in 2009 then second in 2017. Time flies so the feeling. My satisfying level is lower than before. Maybe because of the renovation in front part of cafe.

Slow service - staff dont care say that we will get a better table but instead ignore us and say oops I forgot and we sat no where near the beach once the food came

Soup just water and salt (taste)
Seafood only blended with salt no other smell or taste just salty.

Extremely expensive. Almost 2 million (local currency) for a meal for 2 (one of the 'cheapest' package too) . Seafood price much higher than the market price. Although, it has a very good view (sunset, ocean) but that does not justify the cost. Not to mention, the staffs are very pushy (sitting you down before letting you see the menu, lighting the candles, putting umbrellas, all before you see the price of the food - making it harder to leave). Not to mention, our driver who highly recommended them, seems to get a commission from them.

The worst possible choise. The cab driver took us here cause it suppost to be the best. We told him several times where we wanna go but in the end he won. We ordered just drinks cause we weren't prepared to leave them 4.000.000 idr for some fish i choose on the entrance. The place is full cause it seems that tourist here are just a way how to earn quicklythey don' t care for the reviews etc. Just to rip you off and say goodbye. For this kind of experience you thinkthere are a million other places to go in the world.

While the food was still good, we had a much better dinner the night before at the south end of jimbaran bay restaurants. This place is a rip off, I believe the scales are rigged as they tried to sell me 8 prawns and saying it was 1 kg, the night before we got 18 prawns and it was 500 g. I've had better seafood back home for much cheaper.

The restaurant is just by the beach, with tables facing the sea. I got to enjoy my seafood dinner facing the sea, and enjoying the continuous sea breeze blowing in my hair. There were also live band that visited every table, serenading the customers. Food was, however, imho, just ordinary tasting seafood.

Great atmosphere and views, unfortunately the menu is ridiculously priced!

Great to choose your seafood fresh and watch it being cooked but not worth the ridiculous money they ask, aswell as the 18% tax on top.

Shame as it's a nice restaurant with an amazing view of the sunset.

If they adjusted the prices to be more reasonable and in keeping with bali It would be great.

Unfortunately it seems they've priced the menu as if they are set in the Maldives..

Great spot for enjoying delicious fresh seafood while watching the sun set over Jimbaran Bay. Make sure to grab a table under an umbrella if you arrive early as the sun can be pretty blinding. Free wifi is available as well, although you'll have to ask one of the staff for the password.

DONT GO, BLACK STORE!
Four of us and the bill went up to 200usd, we got ripped off so bad here, before my boyfriend went to pay for he bill I saw that the bill was 130usd and my friends already paid 30usd for the drinks that we ordered and when my boyfriend came out he said they charged him $170usd. 黑店千万不要去！

Went to this place today thinking that Jimbaran is known for their fresh seafood but some what feel disappointed. If this is the freshest seafood they can get in Bali then they can do much better than this.

Pro
-Good sunset view while having dinner at the beach
- frendly staffs
- have a short traditional dance. Nearly every restaurants around the area do this after the sunset. Some even have fireworks (yes they can afford it)

Con
- bad seafood, crab, lobster and fish are not fresh
- way over priced at least $100usd for a set menu + 18% tax on top of that price
- dirty beach- having dinner viewing out to the rubbish - so romantic
- if you pay the bill with USD or AUD they will give you a really low exchange rate.
- there is entertainment that goes around each individual table which you have to tip
- the location of the sunset is nothing interesting

If you making that much money of the tourist with your old seafood please get together and clean the beach. It's your country. No one want to have dinner viewing out to the rubbish. Shame on you

Worst rip off.
Never go to this restaurant.
This restaurant pays taxi driver.
You cannot call other taxi, you should use the taxi driver whi already ripped off 10USD from you, that you pay 20USD for round trip.
It is a rip off price in Bali.

The restaurant is full of flies.
No air conditioner.
The menu is also a rip off.
If you choose set menu, it is minimum 100 USD per person, even expensive than hotel restaurants.
If you insist on leaving without eating seafood, they threaten you, and you cannot ride a public taxi here, as it is somewhat remote beach area.
Happy that I came back not injured.
