I have compared several other service places in Jogja and this place is the cheapest. I came here to fix my laptop's battery. The technicians are very helpful, friendly, and honest in telling my laptop problems.

I came here to change my keyboard and screen, but there were minor errors in some part and they fixed it for free. I only paid for keyboard and screen. The service is so nice and fast. I recommend this place!!!

Whenever I have problems with my laptop I always come here. The price and the service are good but the lady in the front with glasses seems like she is lacking of being competent. I ever ask about something and the lady refuses but then the guy from behind door comes out and say yes. It happens many times. She should ask the guy inside first then say something to the costumer. I don't know maybe she is lazy to move. They need more coordination and put someone better in the front office.

Going here to service my thinkpad x201i laptop. The service is good, friendly customer officer. How they manage the service is good, they prepared some paper for us to write our name, laptop type, and phone number. Later they will contact us if there is some progress.

Unfortunately, their sparepart distributor doesnt have lcd for my thinkpad type. Good news, they do not charge any fee for my laptop checking.
