Nothing much to do here if you compare with other malls. Food choices are appalling if to be compared with other malls. Only parking flow have improved although you have to go 2 level down to get a decent, non overpriced ‘vip’ parking. The only thing that made me go there is the cinema.

I like the design of the place but I was not very interested with anything in the mall. The food court is also not very amusing. Maybe this place is good alternative for those who can't find specific stuff in other malls.

What I like of JCM is the parking lot. They are spacious, also have VIP parking and female driver parking. They provide good facility such as praying room, breast feeding room, and toilet for disability.

They may not the biggest mall in the area but you can almost got everything on the ordinary here. Even if you just want to take a walk, there're plenty bench available here for a quick rest. The parking lot are not confusing and plenty rooms there.

80% of the time I visit this mall is only for dinner at D'Cost or watch movie at XXI. 10% when friends dragged me to Starbucks. Not much of anything else interesting inside. The medieval-themed style of the building somehow looks tacky for me.

Nice mall but not in coherent style with its name. It offer music shows sometimes. The access is quiet difficult.

The architecture is nice, many good tenants. But i find problem with the parking lot. The motorcycle route towards the basement is very cramped. And while another malls arrange one way in/out in the parking lot, this mall doesn't. So it can be quite confusing and dangerous too

Good choice of shopping mall for families. Nursing rooms are available in every floor. Praying rooms are also available in almost every floor. A really good choice for family shopping.

Small place, just come here to wash shoes in clean and bar. 20 minutes waiting and your shoes shining again

I love the view of JCM architecture, looks great from this point. Friendly and good looking crews, cozy place. But when I got here, the AC isn't cool enough.

It is a luxury mall. Have big basement to park your car. Also have big number of tenants. Good place to have a culinary tours.
