  This place is located near Undip Graduate School, so if you're a student and in need of cheap internet café, this is the place to go. The rate is super-cheap: Rp15000 for 5 hours access? Yes, please.
  
  On the other hand, the place is really gross. The carpet where customers sit is tinted and unclean. When the door to the toilet is open, the smell is just duh. Also, sometimes there are rats in customers space. This place is totally non-smoke-free, so if you cannot stand cigarettes smokes, do not come here. The computers are old and cranky, the connection speed is just okay at best.
