very very bad service them charge my credit card double and I try called stuff for make refund but no one can speak English as well and hang off my called many time and who will stay here please be careful use cash better. There very nice place and good breakfast if you need water should ask stuff after check-in

Good location right next to the lake! Perfect for a 4am start if you are planning on hiking up Mt Batur, save you waking up at 2am and traveling from the south, nil traffic to fight against etc. Good price for what you get.

The place is quite nice, beside of lake toward the mountain. Beautiful!! Hot spring water in the poolside and the room is average like cottages style. Hotel cleanlines is good but too many cats surronding the area. Recommend for backpackers who will stay overnigt.

Don't go there! Everything is broken, dirty, you will wait your breakfast or dinner more than 1 hour (even sandwitch), they will always answer "yes" but ..

DON’T STAY HERE!!! Bird poop on the bed, in 4 rooms! Dirty towels hanging on railing were ours! Hair, sand, pen marks and makeup on bed sheets and pillows, Water was shut off Twice! No hot water when it was turned on (unless We payed more after check in) no light in bathroom (engineer never came to fix), “HOT” pool - cold. No swimming in lake. Mother (owner / laundry woman) picking lice out of child’s hair. Deserves 0 star but the pool was clean! Not worth the constant disappointment.

Sewage smell in bathroom. Loose toilet seat and leaking. Sheets too small after we had to ask for them. No hot water. Staff not happy. Outrageous prices for what we got. Food bad.

Not clean, bad smell, bad wifi, staff only wants to help you buy their overpriced sunrise trip. Don't book! And just walk up the mountain yourself at 10 am when guides are gone from the mountain.

Average. Since there is no choice near Batur where to stay, you can stay here, especially if you will stay there just for one night. All rooms are very simple.

The view and the location is good, the staff also kind n helpfull, but the cleaness was awful. We found 3 (Three) CROCOACHES inside our bathroom that make my kiddos get scared to go to the bathroom. The food prices kinda too expensive. The infrastructure of the road was also bad, too many holes n big stones around.
One another thing, we have to pay in cash to stay here, as they don't accept any debit or credit card.
At first, I wanna try to join the trekking in Mt. Batur. but Rp. 400.000,-/person to see sunrise n need to pay in cash, make me cancelled the plan.

The hotel is in a great location for mountain and lake pictures, and very close the one of the mountain trekking trails (few minutes walk). Rooms are clean and comfortable, with floor to ceiling windows on one side to enjoy the views. Wi-Fi wasn't great in the rooms but that's been standard pretty much everywhere I've been. Breakfast was delicious (I had an omelette) and everyone was very friendly. The owner was amazing! He found out I was having issues accessing my bank account and pretty much was broke. He tried to help me out in anyway he could think of, including letting me check out several hours late, and ended up driving me two hours to my next hotel without giving a price, only asking what I could afford. He ended up driving me all the next day as well, including stops both days at small local food shops and buying me lunch and letting me try some local fruit. Honestly a really nice guy and beautiful hotel.

Place is good with friendly staff and owner. The heated pool from a natural spring with a great view of the lake and mountains is better than the Butan natural spring pools. Rooms are descend and well priced.

This place got a new owner, since then its way better. Great food. Amazing view from the room to lake and mountain. We made a tour to the Batur Volcano. The staff is very nice and friendly. The pool has natural hot spring water. Tip: go swim there at night!

Big, Cold and humid room, no hot water, bad wi-fi, million flies in dining room. Has pool (but it's cold), nice lake view, friendly stuff. Not too bad to stay night or two for Batur tracking.

Zu teuer aber dennoch schön. Der Pool war total warm und das Wasser war schmutzig. Frühstück war frei zu wählen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und groß.

Bagus karena posisi tepat dipinģgir danau bahkan bisa langsung nyebur ke danau hanya kebersihan batas danau & kolam kurang. Kamar nyaman luas tetapi air dikamar mandi sangat kurang. Pelayanan lumayan ramah. Mudah2an ketika saya kembali semua sudah kebih baik.

Pemandangan danau yg tenang, belakang cottag3 langsung terhubung dengan danau sehingfa bisa berenang di danau dan kolam renang. Kamar bagus besar, hanya tdk tersedia minuman, air panas di kamar mandi juga terbatas
