I have very satisfying experince staying in this hotel. Beautiful hotel, the room is spacious and clean with direct view and access to a large swimming pool. Located about 10 minutes from the Purwokerto railway station, which the hotel provides pick up and drop off service. Hotel staffs are very friendly and polite. Breakfast is good with wide variety of options. Definitely will stay again next time.

Nice hotel, with good facility. Especially for the swimming pool 😍

When I visited the hotel I got the old bungalow. It was a nice room but I'm not really like the atmosphere when I'm back from swimming pool to room I feel spooky 👻

Next time I will make sure to get the new bungalow or room.

The breakfast menu so so, but I like the traditional cake (getuk), it nice when the hotel put the traditional menu. And I love the view from outdoor restaurant when enjoyed the breakfast time. I can see Slamet mountain with clearly (cmiiw)

Recommended for family or young family. The food is delicious. Room is very clean. Staff are friendly. It is better to bring your own tooth brush and tooth paste. The swimming pool water has too much chemical when we visited. Huge parking area. Nice design of lobby. Having piano for live music. No need to book online, except during long holiday.

Java Heritage Hotel offer you a luxury and a homey hotel experience. Friendly hotel staff and good service. A traditional modern kind of look at the front office area. Huge swimming pool, nice Cafe side of the pool. A complete fitness center for quest and member. If you want to karaoke with your family and friends, Lips Karaoke is near by still at the hotel area. If you want to see a life music and hangout, you can go to the Cheers Cafe. There are 2 building that you can rent to hold your event. If you want to relax your self, just go to Marco Polo spa. The FREE service if you stay at Java Heritage Hotel are free to use swimming pool, the fitness center, and also the sauna. Nice for al kind of travelers.

Greatest hotel in Purwokerto in u are bored with the franchised hotel. Here they offer traditional yet modern ambience. Foods are great and swimming pool are sufficient. Located in the middle of the town enables you to go to attractions in no time

Everything was so good, at a night a decide to chill at the rooftop bar and the fnb is not good, from the presentation, taste, etc. I guess they would take more attention at the fnb since other than the food is already so nice

Everything is great beside the fact that the room is dirty. It have bugs at the sink, under the toilet is full of spots, and the floor (not the woods) looks like it hasn't been clean for a while. The internet is also slow, so i usuaply used mobile data in the room. Will give it 5 stars if the room is clean and stronger internet connection.

It was a very pleasant stay for us. All the staffs are very kind and helpful. One of the staff even approached us in the parking lot and offered to help with our baggage. We were greeted with a nice welcome message from the hotel manager in our room with complimentary cookies and fruits. The room was very big, the bed itself was big enough for 3 persons to sleep and with extra bed you can add up to 2 persons more in such a big room. Good variety of breakfast menu and very responsive restaurant staffs. We also love the pool, the garden, and the rooftop cafes. It was a perfect stay :)

Was here for the old building in cottage. Good privacy and there's any staff washed our car, just give a tip for the person. Super breakfast necause they have a lot of mendoan. :)

5 tumbs down for this Hotel. i lost my cellular phone in lobby area and i canot access cctv camera. Front desk and HRD staff haven't consistent statement. Frontdesk give me information if cctv camera already for review, but other staff canot show me. 3 night i stay in this hotel, until check out, i canot view cctv camera record. so, this hotel canot give max security for guest

The hotel room is big for its price and clean. The hotel staff quickly response my complain about the connecting door that can not be opened and fix it. The wifi is good, perhaps the only thing is the water heater is not so hot.. only warm water came out. But so far its okay. If you come here by car, there are enough space for parking lot. Kids will like this hotel since there is a kid swimming pool on the ground floor. The restaurant on the top give you great view to the Baturaden mountain area.

Fast check in, clean, comfortable bed, fast wi-fi, great in-room dining food quality as well as the restaurant. Little details like no signage of room numbers in front of elevator, amenities that are incomplete (like something has been taken) shall be taken care of for the best experience. A bit expensive for its standard, but if you get discounted/promo price, definitely worth it. But overal this hotel is great!
