Almost 3years every month in Bali. This is my first choice Spa. They lovely staff and the massage was so nice. They massage oil especialy stressless is my favorit. Recommended.

Been in Bali and had massage everyday including this shop.
The service is nothing special (I mean comparing the money you pay as a foreigner which is 2.5 times more than locals, the service you get is nothing more than same with locals. They cant even speak in English except the receptionis! Don't understand why they differentiate the price. I and my wife(indonesian) went to other massage shop where we got exactly same quality massage with locals at the same rate with locals- not by negotiation but default price is the same between locals and foreigners- and they can speak in English!
The girls were very nice but dont recommend here as they ripping foreigners off for nothing. All massage places we been here, girls were nice in their attitude and so it wouldnt be what you are looking for.response / report this review -

Okay. I am such a massage mania and not too picky, and I highly recommend not to go here.
Paid almost 600,000IDR for 2hours hot stone massage. Therapist's attitude was unbelievably bad, she kept yawning during the massage, I could feel that she did not want to do her job, of course didn't focus on the massage, and it was worse than 100K street massage shop. She only did 1hr and half hour even I paid for 2hrs, and it took forever to prepare the massage before she starts. Why does she have to wash the towel super often and slow in the middle of massage ,, I don't get it. After the massage she gave me one paper and just told me to sign on the bottom without showing me what is written on the paper. So i took a look, it was the customer feedback paper, she didn't want me to read it and just sign on it. So I took it from her and wrote my honest feedback.
The most money I spend and the worse massage I experienced, maybe i was unlucky.
Never back here again.

Very enjoyable 180min right off the plane. The masseur (Ely) was very careful when I told her to avoid some areas and has decent technique. Booked via WhatsApp and had to wait a little at the airport for the pick up. The boss, Hans, went the extra mile, making many phone calls to send me to my villa which was very hard to find. Highly recommended and will visit again!

Im from Abu dhabi and had a wonderful and great experience.
And the most thing that facinated me is that we were dropped off to the airport by the owner of the jassmin spa which really suprise me he is such a modest person
If i visited Bali again surely ill come over jassmin spa again and experience the relaxation with their professional and lovely staff
