  If you order at shopeefood, for some reason, the restaurant takes a long time, then suddenly the restaurant is busy. Even though when I was there there were no customers and the employees were playing games & chatting, when I arrived I was ready to take orders. The taste of the product is not satisfactory compared to other branches, once asked for less ice, it was given normal ice, even asking for less sugar was still normal sugar. It's like I have no intention of selling this branch, especially when it suddenly closes at shopeefood and the service is lacking. Ma'am, the service is also curt 🙏🏻 sorry I'm just telling the truth 🙏🏻

  I've bought coffee 4 times at the promise of the soul of Dramaga, on the 4th purchase the service is not satisfactory. The Mba who served the coffee was curt, ordered regular milk coffee, the taste was bland, not sweet, it didn't taste like coffee, let alone the milk didn't have any taste, so the dose was reduced from usual. Mba's order for toast uses shouting and shouting that it's k who made the toast, there's no etiquette even though the customer is there. Maybe she's tired because she's pregnant.. if she's really tired, just rest, instead of being forced to reduce service to consumers.
