  Customer service told me for JHT claim takes 2 weeks until 1 month. They only serve 60-75 claim/day, and you must preparing for a half day to waiting in the queueing.

  I am still on the call the moment I write this review, connected to Ms Bella, what an incredible , attentive, informative, friendly and satisfying service. The number 1 Indonesia Government Office from the staff knowledge and sense of service. Really amazed. I am highly appreciate their work.

  Pelayanan ramah banget. Security semua berjiwa customer service. Kantor besar, bersih, dan rapi.
  
  Tidak pakai sistem kuota. Yang penting datang utk daftar dan verifikasi berkas sebelum jam 14.00.
  Buat yang mau cairin JHT, sangat disarankan kesini. Datang pagi aja jam 7an, nanti berkas diverifikasi security dulu sebelum diberikan nomor antrian saat kantor buka jam 08.00.
  
  Pengalaman ke kantor kebayoran lama dan bintaro sampai bolak balik bbrp kali karna ditolak alasan kuota hari itu penuh. Padahal kantor belum juga buka.
