  Security nya bener2 kaya preman kampung,,
  Apa lagi yang kaya orang timur itu..
  Habis makan,,melayani customer sambil memainkan tusuk gigi di mulutnya..
  Duduk di bangku ruang tunggu sambil telponan..
  Apa memang begitu SOP nya?
  Sok galak,,cuek,,pas kita sudah kepancing emosi,,baru dia diem..
  Ga bakal gua balik lg kesitu..
  Coba perhatikan yg mau kesitu,,ada Security yg seperti orang timur,, beritahu saya kalau dia sudah ramah,

  pelayanan tidak bagus. kmrm jam 11.00 lebih pergi satpam bilang data saya sudah lengkap untuk claim saldo JHt tapi batas waktu jam 7 - 11 saja. hari ini jam 10 pergi bilang data saya tidak lengkap.. harus di lengkapi dulu. sungguh permainkan orang saja.. bikin bolak balek saja

  Two CS-booth only.
  Average time for CS to serve a customer is 10-12 minutes (that if all your documents are complete).
  So better come early in the morning to get your queue-ticket from security.
