  It's amazing, if J&T is at the intersection of 5, I arrive at 09.00 the office hasn't opened yet 😂 what kind of service is that.
  .
  While J&T was in sarudik, just with the intention of taking the goods, the employees immediately said "read the writing in front of sis" with a cynical tone 😂 Wow, manners where? What's wrong with telling me to pick up the goods next door, but it's also the first time there. Absolutely 0 star courtesy.
  .
  The delivery problem is also not extraordinary. The packages arrived from Jakarta to Sibolga on March 25 and until March 29 were not delivered. My package is on hold. Meanwhile, my other package until March 26, immediately changed the status "package received" even though the courier did not call at all and I did not receive the goods at all.
  Then on the 29th I went to the J&T office directly in Sarudik, and experienced "read the writing sis" and the warehouse gave the reason for the accident the courier had and blamed the new courier, and the goods were already carrying the goods. The funny thing is, the sis who was in the warehouse even told me to call the courier directly and couldn't make sure my stuff was brought or not.
  .
  To be honest, I know that J&T's service is unbelievably bad, that's how it is in Jogja, but I never thought there was such a bad service. Luckily the new courier was friendly and immediately drove to the address even though it was raining, so anger immediately disappeared. If not, the original will be in a bad mood!

  Good service "read to finish" And keep in mind the j & t intersection of five is "cp", no longer an office for loading and unloading goods / packages heading to Sibolga
  
  The loading and unloading office, if I'm not mistaken, is at the welcome monument in the Sarudik area

  At first I used J&T there were things that disappointed and J&T got a negative response but after that, J&T improved its performance and Alhamdulillah it has always been satisfying, fast and precise until now. And maybe already the best category mask among
  other delivery services in my opinion

  Sebenarnya saya suka sama expedisi ini karena ada jasa COD nya. Pengiriman nya juga cepat hanya saja para kurirnya gak profesional janji antar hari ini 1 minggu yg akan datang belum tentu diantar kealamat. Oke fix tolong lebih baik lagi ya

  👍👍👍 pelayanannya lumayan bagus, selama ini kalau saya mengirim dokumen ke satu daerah cepat sampainya dan biaya kirimnya relatif lebih murah dibandingkan jasa pengiriman lainnya. Lokasi kantornya sangat strategis, berada di pusat kota Sibolga. 👍👍👍

  Saya belum terima barangnya kog sudah dikonfirmasi ke Buka Lapak bahwa barangnya sudah saya terima, app buka lapak meminta saya utk konfirmasi bahwa barang telah saya terima. Kalau memang barangnya masih di kantor j&t Sibolga, kenapa mesti dikonfirmasi ke Buka lapak bahwa barang sudah sampai ke pemesan ???????
