Why is it always closed? It's been 2 days since I've been to JNT and it's still closed, even though there's no explanation on the door, I checked in the morning and afternoon and it's still closed, what's this?

How come the J&T courier is tasked with delivering the package but it doesn't even arrive at your house, what's the responsibility? Just close it and don't open it anymore.

The courier is not responsible, when I want to send my package again using Travel, if I use Travel, I have to pay shipping costs again even though I've already paid postage too, the courier wants to leave the package with the excuse of "full load" hahaha
Then yesterday there was my package even though the number there was active and I also responded to the chat I was told to just leave it ehhh when I checked the receipt it didn't work, it said "problem number can't be contacted" it's hilarious hahaha
If you can't be trustworthy and on time, don't take a job in our area
