I'm sure this was once a nice hotel but the rooms are in serious need of renovations. Not clean and moldy odor in the room.

Located is in down city of yogyakarta close to the attraction "Malioboro" and infront of yogyakarta "tugu" train station, just cross of the road.

Good staff and includes breakfast. Swimming pool nice and has everything you want but not as homely as it could be. Loud noises from train station and airport.

Near train station, bus stop and city center. The room is okay, though there's room for some improvement. The staffs is very friendly and the atmosphere is nice and quiet.

This place has bedbugs in room 106, I was bitten dozens of times in just a few minutes. I was moved to another room at 3:00 am, no problems that night, but returning back to my room now, I found (and killed) a bedbug on my pillow. Now I'm in my 3rd room in 3 days. It's also too expensive for the low quality of the rooms. The people who work here are nice, but so what.

The "hot" breakfast was cold at 8:30am, sheets were stained, the bathroom had mildew and mold on walls and ceiling, and the shower didn't drain. Positives included location and nice staff. Also, the pool looked nice, but we didn't have time to try out.
