  All of staff here speak English well, helpful, and quick in responding to emergency. No long wait, the doctor will explain to you what you need to know. Very organized too. Recommended.

  Short wait.
  Open on Sunday.
  No problem communicating with doctors.
  After the treatment doctor always called me back to check the progress even for simple cold or stomachaches.

  Crazily inflated prices for medication - 74% for one medication I was prescribed there, compared to a normal pharmacy.

  This is the second time this has happened. I paid to have cultures taken at SOS but was never sent the results. After multiple requests, the first cultures were sent. Now it happens again. It has been at least 7 weeks since the cultures were taken, yet I cannot get them sent to me. This is NOT professional behavior, and I am being denied my medical records through obstruction. My son is my spokesperson because of my age. I cannot recommend SOS.

  Hurt my shoulder inTanggerang. Suspected a dislocation. Departed 1800h travelled approx 50km and arrived 63min later. Bloody Jakarta traffic! Short wait at the front desk sorting out personal details passport, address etc. their level of English was very basic so it was lucky my INDON friend was there to help. Once they knew I had comprehensive medical travel insurance and saw the contract, documentation etc, was attended to immediately and seen by doctor in emergency. I was very impressed with the general cleanliness of all the facilities I was taken through and used. The imaging equipment looked dated but I was able to buy a copy of the XRays to bring back to my own Doctor. The Indonesian doctor was helpful, asked a lot of questions, manipulated my shoulder and discounted a dislocation. We recorded his advice and afterwards did our own research which was later confirmed by a doctor back in Australia. Happy to recommend this hospital to other Aussies in JKT but make sure you can pay for it on yr card or have travel insurance documentation with you👍🏻

  Not able to manage the timing of the schedule. And the treatments of their dermatologist does not work at all. It is way not an 'wolrd' class service.
