The first Informa in Batam is in this Nagoya Hill Mall. Same quality products as other outletd but sadly, this mall is the quietest

The biggest informa store in Batam. Offer delivery and installation (usually H+2 after the purchase for delivery and H+3 for installation). Offer online transactions; pay with virtual accounts, transfer, debit/credit cards with 0% installment for selected banks. Also accept payment with financial services such as danakini, home credit etc. Great service. Very helpful

Nice layout, two floors of products. The salesperson said the item I wanted was not in stock, but I found it on display, and when I showed them then they looked for it and found it in their stock.
