Used to be my favorite store, I purchased around 24 basic phones, smartphones and tablets from this store, and a loyal customer since 2010 in Dinoyo branch. But the last visit to buy a brand new Sam S8 and Zenfone 4 take me to a great disappointment. The doormen/women are nice but the salesperson is super terrible, after agree with the items, he compels me to buy the store's "own insurance" alongside my 2 purchases - and thats a must. I don't want to do that due to the items come with official national warranty. I cancel the purchase and get it from another store. Also, the store's arrangement is always change time by time that make me confuse.
