Clean room, popart theme. Close to anywhere. The food was excellent. Their chinese menu, their pizza and pasta, local or traditional menus was perfect. i will come again next month. The staff very warm as well. The Manager(i think) always around, check the breakfast, lunch, dinner, lobby, everywhere. He said from Jakarta. He got good taste for sure. Thank you all, see you !

Great staff, very accommodating (which is very important in budget hotels), clean comfortable room and bed. Didn't get the breakfast here so I can't comment on that. They have massage therapist standing by and get you deals on car rent. (Relatively) cheap in-house laundry too but make sure you ask ahead for same day service because if they can't do it they won't tell you. Location just right in center of Mataram. Only few stops from a mall. Definitely be back.

First stay: Great. Really clean and comfortable. Second stay: Great comfortable bed. Nice enough room. Unfortunately we did not have any hot water to shower with and when mentioned at the reception they gave us a guest form to fill in and that was it. Also the room smelled of cigarette smoke even I specifically asked for a non-smoking room.

Good Vibes, every staff is friendly, 1st night stay the bed sheet smell weird, and asked to change on the second day and they change it straight away, bit noisy, you can hear the neighbor chat next door, room is clean, hot water at night is better than in the morning, daily cleaning , descent breakfast, change the menu every day, on my last day, the water smell and look dirty , so I don't want to have a shower until my check out time.
overall its okay, worth every penny i spent

Clean room and bathroom. The wall in the bathroom is blurry glass wall, so beware that you still can see the person in the bathroom. The staffs are friendly. The breakfast is so-so.

I give it 5 stars because this hotel deserve it. What a pleasure place, nice food, and strategic location in Midtown Mataram. I have no words to describe how satisfied I'm could stay there for 3 days and 2 nights. Love with their service, and the people are so humble. This hotel gonna be one of my recommended place to stay at Mataram.

New hotel that only been around 1.5years as i heard from my tour guide but the whole room feels like its been there quite long.

Firstly the towel is light grey in colour, if they want to make a coloured towel to cover up stains then make it darker colour, but the colour choosen just seems like dirty and the towel for some reasons have a faint smell of tobacco. I thought it was the room but it's the same in other room and after room service.

Bed sheet is full of stains n smudges not really appealing sleep in.

Room size is rather small, and they dont have a habbit of putting a rubbish bag into the rubbish bin for some reasons so you see the bottom of the bin filled with more stains.
Small room size also means limited spaces, hangger is rather small and there is no cabinet.
Toilet bowl with the bidet seems all cool but the moment you use the bidet without sitting on the bowl and see the bidet come out, you will see the whole bidet is yellowish (more dirty stains)

Breakfast doesn't have that plenty of choice but it's the same across all of lombok hotels.
Fried rice, a tofu dishes, sausage dishes and vegetable. They have porridge or noodle as well. Also the standard ceral, bread and egg station, coffee and tea the usual.

Please provide a small wardrobe to arrange our clothes instead of hangers. Make sure the the bathroom clean because the last time I stayed there the smell is not good. Should have more menu for breakfast buffet. The staff is okay, bed is comfortable, room service for food is delicious. Laundry is way too expensive with tax of 15%.

Its a slightly above average budget hotel. Room is clean and basic with TV, safe and kettle but no mini fridge. However room is not sound proof and they were playing loud music in the hallway. Was woken up in the morning at 8am. Not the best of place to have a good night sleep.
