  Sorry, I was really disappointed after coming so far on a 5 hour road trip, I was willing to queue for a loan outside due to restrictions on the number of visitors (maximum in 2 people) but it turned out that my diamond ring could not be accepted, only the gold, and Ms. destroyed so they only buy the gold at a low price 🥺 actually I have no problem if from the start they did not accept all kinds of stones or gems that I regret a few days before I have asked via wa about wanting to sell diamond rings (there is proof of my time) and they said they could, it turned out to be far away but the reality was not in accordance, be careful for others, it could be those who gave a good rating / review or rating and 5 stars here are the employees themselves, don't arrive because you see reviews that are tempted like me, the service is very bad & disappointing
