Was here for the Ramadhan Iftar buffet. Food was acceptable (only thing I really found decent was the Kari Ayam - Curry Chicken, the rest were average). Price is pretty good, and service was good; dirty plates were collected rather frequently. Overall not a bad experience, but would not recommend this place to foodies.

Hotel is very nice but service a bit questionable. Booked a twin room but when we went there it was based on first-come-first-serve basis. Didn't know about this cause we booked through a 3rd party. But they were also not that accommodating in assisting us.

There was a strange smell in the room. Smells like mouldy carpet or something. But i was just staying for a night so I didn't bother informing hotel staff. General cleanliness is still acceptable. Great location at Nagoya, huge food court beside.

Location wise, it's perfect. Right beside BCS aka Batam City Square shopping mall that has everything in it, including an arcade bowling alley and even a cinema. Enjoyed my stay there as the room service was great. Price is quite reasonable as well with $85 for a superior room. No complains whatsoever. I stayed at the 12th floor and the view is not bad.

Nice hotel, and easy to find food.
Cozy atmosphire , that the 1st impression when enter the lobby. The room is clean and have a good staf . But do not stay at lower level, because the sound from discotique quite anoying.
The food are ok, and have some variety .

Always be my choice at Batam. Strategic location, located just beside BTM and the infamous a2 food court. The room is nice. Breakfast selection is also very good.

I enjoyed my stay at I hotel. The location is good and near to BCS mall. Room wise, it is clean and cosy. Last but not least, buffet breakfast offers a wide range of selection.
Hopefully, the hotel can continue to keep up with this standard for years to come.

The hotel has a bar that has pretty decent food options. There's a music room with live performances everyday. The rooms are clean, good service from the reception. The rooms fridge was not working the first day but they replaced it immediately. Great experience overall, would definitely recommend. The hotel is next to one of the bigger malls in batam and has a great massage place just a few steps away.

Stayed for two nights at this hotel. Very clean hotel with beautiful amenities such as a breakfast buffet, moderate gym and decent swimming pool. Right beside A2 food court and 5 minutes away from BCS Mall. Taxi counter offers SUV sized taxi service to many locations in Batam with a small surcharge for the convenience.

The hotel has good housekeeping services and offer express paundry cleaning for urgent wardrobe disasters! Will definitely look to return to this hotel for future trips.

The hotel is new and clean. Gives off a cozy vibe when enter the lobby. Room is spacious and there is a big window that face towards the city. Toilet is equipped with rain shower, which was nice. Breakfast was awesome! A lot of varieties were given. One of the best breakfast I had compared to numerous hotels.

Many facilities available such as swimming pool, gym and massage place.
Pricing is quite acceptable
Environment is peaceful and quite, not very noisy.

I've been staying here for almost 5 months. And will be continue until my husband move to another country. I love this hotel so much. So nice. The room also comfortable. They are friendly too. Also very clean. Iam not going to tell you everything. Because you have to try by your self. Oooh my husband also settled up his ps4 .so we can play and have fun.

Very clean, near bcs mall, popular massage parlour and market. Swimming pool and gym very well maintained. Breakfast, variety and delicious. We really enjoy. But the price increasing very fast. Quite expensive.

i hope to I Hotel received me for becoming daily worker or staff in department room attendant, and i will finishing on job training at the Bcc hotel at February,16,2016. i choose I hotel Baloi. becouse hotel is very clean outside and inside building. i have friend staff in i hotel that is Mr.Cik, usually i call him pak cik, he is very kind, every make a chat with him, always give me information about i hotel. and i like it.
