Would not recommend this service entirely as I was at first quoted 1.4jt before my carpet cleaning (which is about 500k). No written agreement or any required signature. The person left and Hydroclean left me a bill of 2.9jt which is truly a shock considering it’s double the bill.
Had they build a better system of getting the RIGHT estimate and have the client sign the estimate, it would have caused less misunderstandings.
Used this service because it was recommended by an influencer but we all know influencers are treated differently.
I would think twice before using their service. NOT RECOMMENDED.
Had to dispute on this for improper charges, raised my voice, and really pushed through so that they investigate it further. Unnecessary for a client to get this angry so they’d do something about it.response / report this review -

My first experience with hydroclean was very good. They were professional and had good hygiene procedures, such as changing their clothes and washing their hands when they arrived.
The staff was polite and professional. He showed us the water murkiness every time he was going to change it. He didn't mind when we asked to re-vacuum several parts.
10/10 would use their services again in the future.response / report this review
