We arrived in the middle of the night (4 am) and were told that the place was full except for their exclusive room which is twice the rate of their normal rooms. Since all other 15 or so hotels we'd been to so far had been full we had to take it. The room itself was a mess, very dirty, with no hot water and a filthy tub. The room is huge, but that's the only exclusive thing about it. The bed linen were stained and one of the bedside lamps were just naked cords sticking out of the wall. Oh, also the ceiling in the bathroom has a big hole in it.

Menurut saya sebagai Traveller perlu banyak pembenahan fasilitas dibanyak hal, terutama pelayanan, kondisi kamar serta kamar mandi, pelayanan makanan dll.
