Not at all a great place, the place looks good from the outside. But even carpets are full of stains. The rooms are super small and made me feel claustrophobic. The WiFi is super slow and it takes ages to load the emails let alone a video. The Shower heads are broken. The Air Con works alright. It took almost 6 hours to cool this small room. The TV has only 4 channels with are by the way, super blurry. No in room amenities at all, neither a soap not a shower cap. Super disappointed in choosing this place.

The rooms didn't seem clean. There were quite a few bugs in my room. Staff is accommodating but their all day restaurant is limited to noodles and meatballs. You're better off spending a little more and going to the Ibis styles hotel right next to it.

1. Room is just fine for Budget hotel. But check about clean and aircon before you unpack, it might not function well.

2. We called to hotel and driver but Nobody pickup phone when we arrive to airport and need help for transferring from airport to hotel. We had to wasted the time for waiting for the hotel transfer. We finally had to pay for taxi to hotel by ourselves.

Ibis budget airport is an convent hotel if you have to spend the night close to the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a pick up service from and to the airport. The rooms are small but good for 1 night. The bed is comfortable.

The room was okay, it's enough for those who just want to transit. They don't provide tooth brush, so don't forget to bring yours.

The most disaster was the breakfast.
I know, it's "budget" hotel, but still, the restaurant (if you can call it restaurant) was dirty, with a lot of guests, there weren't many clean tables available. The staffs action need to be improved.

It's understandable if the breakfast menu was limited, but at least, please try to fulfill before the food runs out.

Have good experienced at restaurant with friends, there's good foods n helpful staff.

You got what you pay for chain hotel around airport. I got dirty wall for the room but its ok.The 24 hours small convenience store not always open, you need to talk to the front desk. There shutle bus quite reliable

the room is clean and neat but small, specially the 3 bed bedroom.
the breakfast are below expectation. not much variation and not tasty.
there are shuttle to airport every hour with mini bus or mini van.
good for transit as it is very near to the airport.
the window sight are usual urban area.
the interior decoration are modern urban.

Standard budget place. OK room, slightly worn, good hot water, was not noisy in mine, no thrills. So nothing special. Shuttle bus only leaves every 90 minutes which is a joke for an airport hotel and I really think the reason is selling their own taxis at triple the normal rate. Ended up taking a scooter :-(.

Nice, neat and compact room, but as an airport/transit hotel , don't expecting nice quite & resting night for light sleeper, because alot of coming and going ,that's why I always have my earplugs. But It's not a complain, just stated the fact, so it is what it is . Airport budget hotel, and the Airport shuttle can be better organized. I made reservation to be dropped to Airport for early morning but the busses was used to take a tour group to some other destinations other than Airport so I ended up hiring a taxi after long wait. No one informed me that I have to wait those busses to comeback maybe hour later for lift to airport until I asked.

Very very budget hotel
I stayed for sleep and I woke up in the early morning to take transit flight.
The room very comfort, very clean.
I only do not like the floor colour. It looks like old room.
There is no plastic bag available.

The hotel is just for people who are transiting for a night or something since it is only close to the airportrooms are clean and good for the value ypu pay ..bed is also comfortable and it is 16 mins from the airport via their free shuttle

Good for transit , they have shuttle every 1,5 hour and have meeting points in each terminal. Breakfast start from 3am and close 10am. Nice hotel design

Clean room. Small, but perfectly serviceable for my one night stay before hopping on another plane. Room AC was good. Wifi was quick. They have breakfast starting at 6 AM, but I skipped it so I can't speak to quality. It looked standard for cheap Indonesian hotel breakfast. The reception desk worker I dealt with was very quick and helpful. Not the nicest hotel ever, but I couldn't think of any real negatives.

I'll start with the positive aspects: price is great, beds are decently comfortable, service was good, room was clean. Now for the bad parts: there are bright green lights near your head all night which do not turn off and are impossible to cover without tape (makes it really hard to sleep), noise travels throughout the hotel all night (knocking, bumping, running, yelling, etc), also there was no hot water when attempting to shower at 2:00am. Great place to rest for the price, but don't expect to get any sleep.

It located near Soekarno - Hatta Int'l Airport. It cheap enough for us with a good room. When you stay here you will get all you can eat breakfast. I believe you will not dissapointed for staying in this hotel.

Good and clean hotel, they have transportation from and to the airport. And the Taxi is around 50.000 ids.
If you spend a night in jakarta to change your flight, this is a good hotel ;)
The breakfast starts at 3:00 and it is just rice, bread and tea.

The room is clean, and everything is standardized. We had got an fire alarm this morning, just because of my neighbour was smoking. I was glad. It meant the fire alarm was sensitive. Which is good.

Was waiting for almost 2 hours the shuttle bus from 18.00 pm to 19.50 pm. no shuttle bus coming. End up taking taxi
