Excelent! Until my third times here, that was an unpleasant stay. The receptionist was not informative enough and the cleanliness of the room was poor.

I enjoy my time staying here. Wide room for meetings and good services.
They have plenty meeting rooms and can be joined into a big hall. They have outdoor space too, for garden party, of you wish. It's next to swimming pool, so its a good combination for outdoor eventresponse / report this review -

Got a great experience with this hotel. The room cleanliness is excellent. The services is excellent, i left my id card at the receptionist and they bring to my room right away. I also got early check-in that day.
I recommend high story room so we can see view from the room, especially cawang intersection with its crowd and traffic.
The swimming pool is good, childs love it.
But there are another building wich looks like abandoned and a bit spooky if you go to motorcycle parking.response / report this review -

For the those who r savvy, u can opt Ibis hotel as 1 of your option for stay. The price is affordable, the room is simple, minimalist but comfortable.
We choose this hotel, because it is near to CAT BKN building and LIPI :D. You can reach this hotel using transjakarta and you can stop by BNN halt. Just prepare your e-money card :D and get it top-up/ recharged. Or any online gojek/ grab/ taxi, etc.
The staffs are helpful and responsive. You can ask the staff to help putting your stuffs in the hotel's storage, before your check in and/or after your check out for several hours.
This hotel is also friendly for those who use the wheelchair.
The toilet, room, restaurant are clean. They have also musholla or prayer hall for muslim on the 3rd floor. U can go to offer pray right from the 1st floor using the stair to third floor (1 floor only - no 2nd floor).
But i would suggest the kitchen staff to offer more varieties in the breakfast menu.
Overall, my stay was nice and comfortable. I would love to stay here next time. InshaAllah :)response / report this review -

The room is clean, quite, and comfortable the facilities are quite complete, including the safety box, mini fridge, and the water boiler the view to the road of Jakarta is quite nice too but I find that it's hard to find for culinary place here only about 2 street food sellers near the transjakarta bus shelter

I arrived 17-05-2017 about 3:30pm, arrival staff very quick and helpful.
Room was as I expected, clean and bare essentials.
I have stayed in Ibis hotels in other countries.
We were hungry so we went down to the restaurant about 4:10pm and order and paid for our meals which we want to have in our room.
After serval phone calls to restaurant asking where our food was, it finally arrived 5:37pm and missing parts of the order.
The food Coming late is one thing, but when it's cold and very bad taste, it was Nasi goreng how can you go wrong.???? There was no salt and pepper.
Restaurant food and service I rate it -4

Good new hotel with good staffs service. The room was tidy and clean. The meal were tasty, the parking area was quite big too. You'll be like this hotel except when there were some meetings with quite many people involved in it.

Kami pengguna hotel yg beragama Islam yg sedang malakukan kegiatan workshop 3 hari (di ruang teluk jkt) dan ingin sholat (terutama dzuhur, asar dll) mengalami kesusahan, krn tidak ada tempat wudhu dan mushola. Ada tempat wudhu di lt 3 tapi mushola di lt 5 (yg hrs pakai kartu di liftnya) sedangkan kmr kami tdk lt 5.
Jadi menurut sy htl ini tdk bersahabat dgn kaum muslimin, sangat berbeda dgn ibis slipi!!!
Makanan di resto kurang enak dan tidak cepat mengisi makanan yg sdh habis . kita hrs menunggu sampai 15 menit utk makan yg baru. Makanya sy tidak merekomendasikan panitia utk menggunakan htl ini lagi utk kegiatan berikutnya.
