  Location is perfect as its only a walk distance to Duta Mall, the ballroom is great, perfect for big conference, however the food is just so-so though.

  Lobby was good
  Staffs were very friendly and professional
  
  But for Housekeeping, OMG!
  My bed was dirty! There was a blood stain and some black marks on my linen AND my pillow!
  I left a note to the house keeping, to ask them to change the linen; new one didn't have blood stain but still had some black marks.

  I give 5 stars! Detail in interior design and luxury. All facilities room, restaurant, bar, meeting rooms, spa clean and well maintained. Located
  in city center. Recommended hotel in Banjarmasin if you want to get comfortable night.

  Nice hotel and value for money.
  Would be good if they open up again their executive lounge on 11 floor.
  I skip the club floor and choose to stay normal category room as the lounge is closed.

  + cozy place for stay, clean and tidy room
  + nice view from rooms and swimming pool
  + delicious food on restaurant
  + friendly staff and employee
  + there are many rooms for meeting
  + great location, easy to reach from anywhere. Also near biggest mall on this city
  
  - quite expensive for some local travelers

  Good room. Good food. But expensive. A little bit funny. I got free minibar promo but only 3 items: coke, sprite and oreo. And. only 1 first night. Hahahaha. I think better if you delete the promo. It is not expensive items. Hahahaha but make your brand funny.
