Came here and rated for the scenery and view. Restaurant beside sea is a good place to spend time and taking photos. I'm not staying here so I don't know whether the room service is good or bad.

Bagi penyuka pantai Bagus untuk nginap di sini. Dekat dengan mall.

If u like to see a sea in the morning I recommend you to stay. But the price is more expensive than others. You can walk to the mall as want.

This hotel only good for the view only.. located in the Palu Bay.. and not so quiet near the Palu Grand Mall The biggest Mall in Palu City

This hotel has a nice location, rooms and facilities are good, then food is ok and the staff is nice but the service is soooo bad!
We choosed to spend one day to visit Napu Valley and asked information to reception6hrs later they informed us that they had no idea about what we were talking abouthopefully we didn't wait for them to organize something.
Then about the check out, it was one of the longest check out we've ever seen! What a disaster (especially stressful when you have to catch a flight)the guy at reception shown us an amount on his calculator and was not able to provide the detail of the price, finally the final amount has been divided by 4! And then he asked us to pay by cash because he was probably not confortable to use the credit card machine (but finally we succeed to use the card)
The good point is the manager is a very kind and helpful person (and he can speak english)!

The hotel is located at the beachfront, close to the Mercure. Rooms are very nice. Breakfast, however, was disappointing for a Swissbel (whereas I left Mercure too early to have breakfast there). In-house dining was cheaper than Mercure and I liked it more.
