Swimming pool very good. Rooms very basic have bathtub breakfast just ok

This place surprised me considering how reasonable the price was. My second floor room was quiet and clean with hot showers and ac plus a flat screen tv. The pool is larger than average for a budget hotel and they keep it tidy and clean. Breakfast is forgetable but adequate. The location is a little off the beaten path but a 5 minute walk brings you to a strip of restaurants that offer a variety of themes and I found many of them very easy on the budget. The Havana restaurant has live latin music and they offer salsa lessons on Monday nights. For an older Bali style hotel this one is a winner.

The rooms in this hotel are very poor compared to what is pictured online.
Bathroom door was broken furniture very old, damaged and dusty mirrors rusted so you cannot see yourself in them and there is lots of paint bubbling off the walls.
There was no hot water for our first two days and hotel didn't apologise or tell us when thy fixed it.
Wifi is rubbish in the room a lot of the time wouldn't load anything.
Bathroom was bright pink and very dated.
Some staff were rude.
Pool looked really nice but we didn't use.
Breakfast is okay but they have the worst coffee anywhere is Asia doesn't even taste like coffee and I don't know what is in it?

This place is nice from outside. The garden and pool are beautiful too. But it needs seriously think about rooms renovation. Everything is way too old especially bathroom and furniture in the room.

My favorite hotel to stay in Bali! A little oasis in the middle of Kuta. The staff are so amazing and friendly. The rooms are always clean and you belongings are always secure. I stay here every time.

Reception is very kind and helpful, pool is great with shower and toilet, the restaurant is OK and cheap (very small portion), bed is great, cleaning daily is good and very convenient to your schedule (do not stress you), sheets are clean (1 time I got lots of hard things sticked : I used the second sheet to sleep on). The room with air-conditioning is another price. The hot water is not coming very quickly, lots of Moskitos (normal for such countries), the sink is clogged all the time, the toilet water is not working well (bad technology) and you have to empty 2x. The air-conditioning is not powerful enough for the big room to have the cool temperature quickly (during the day you will wait a lot of minutes before getting the room refreshed) and when you take out the key, all electricity connectivity are off (not possible to charge your mobile phone). No electricity plugs/sockets next to your bed to be able to have your mobile phone with the alarm the morning (details). The room is never dark at night as there s light all the time outside and you have a little transparent curtain only. Very safe area. This hotel has something special that even such details we come back to it all the time.

My wife and myself was impressed with this mid-range hotel. It is in a very good location with Kuta beach, shops and bars on your doorstep, yet the hotel is quiet as it is set back away from the noise.The staff were friendly, the room was ok, the pool and gardens were clean. The food was quite nice. Had many massages which completed our happy experience at this hotel. We would certainly stay here again
