  The hotel is clean, they gave/change new towels everyday, the hot water also great, BUT the staff in the restaurant we're rude & don't care to our request/complaint; most of the time the coffee at breakfast time was running out, anytime I asked them to replenish the kettle, they just looked at me or walk away and the coffee never arrive.. most of the time I have to make my own coffee in my room.. :-(((

  Nice place, they have good wifi, hot water (for superior room), tv, free breakfast also. Their staffs is very friendly. Several places to eat, minimarket, and ATM (Mandiri and BNI) are nearby the hotel
