  selalu ada snack, ada termos, kopi, teh. Tapi ga disedian sarapan. Oiya, boleh nyuci juga, jemur di belakang. Gak tiap hari kamar dibersihin. Kayaknya ini hotel paling gede di saparua ya? Deket banget sama benteng duurstede. Di deketnya ada rumah makan Jawa. Tapi kalo pas hari ahad di saparua bagian duurstede, susah cari makan pagi². Semua orang ibadah ke gereja, pasar tutup, warung makan semua tutup sampe siang. Jadi siap² cari bekal buat sarapan di hari ahad yaa

  No cleaning done, no maintenance done for a long time. Rooms dirty, had to remove (4!) cockroaches out of the room, which was notably the (most expensive) executive room. No towels in the room. After asking the manager, he gave some towels which smelled of cigarette smoke. Beds were not cleaned, power sockets were hanging loose out off the wall. No hot water (heating unit was disconnected). Owner couldn’t care less and did not want to give any price reduction.
