Good service from driver to front desk. And the food is nice, they start to serve at 2.30am which is good for early flight schedule. Recommended.

hotel in the airport area with comfortable rooms. smoking rooms are available, and non smoking rooms.

breakfast starts from 02.30 wib. it is great when will leave early in the morning.
airport pick-up facility.
close to several local eating places around. easy location access from toll jakarta.
If you are going to reserve a room, it is better to reserve far away.
it is definitely full when ordering on the same day.

Room is spacious and clean. Service is brilliant with a friendly staff member always ready to help. Breakfast with plenty choices and good quality
The only downside is the corridor to the room seems to be old and dirty, however it doesn't spoilt our resting time in the room on transit for the next day flight.

Recommended for short visit, or when you're waiting for the morning flight. The resto opens early in the morning, at about 3 o'clock. As a breastfeeding mom, I really appreciate the availability of freezer and chiller in the room. It helps me a lot to store my breast-milk overnight and freeze my ice gels before the long flight.

Great service, excellent breakfast buffet. Close to the airport and on a main road - but couldn’t hear any noise and slept very peacefully. Perfect for an overnight layover!

Bogus management and almost no facilities. The don't even have laundry hah. Credit card machine works very rarely. They have shuttle service to pick up and drop off their boarders. Dining is good but expensive. They have sauna and spa but something came fishy there. Overall this was frustrating.

Good hotel for overnight before or after a flight. There isn't much around. You can walk to the mall. However, the breakfast is good and served from 2am! The internet is fast and the staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. Good value for airport stay over. Free pickup dropoff at the Airport.

Strategic location near Jakarta Intl Airport. Very reasonable price for clean room and complete hotel facilities. The breakfast menus are outstanding and variative. The hotel also provide shuttle bus to Terminal 1-2-3 every hour.

Reception and concierge staf are very helpful, restaurant also good with warm service staf. Facilities is acceptable and very convenient is the bus transport facility to airport.

I rang the hotel on Tuesday to arrange the shuttle upon my arrival on Thursday. A man was holding a sign with my name. Perfect. Got to hotel in about 10 minutes. Room is not five star, but it's clean and has what a traveler needs. Breakfast was also fine. Check in was fast. Deposit was only 100k, so very reasonable, and returned upon check out. If I had to criticize anything, I'd say that upon check out the lobby was crowded with bags from a tour group. Lots and lots of bags. Management should find a solution to this, so even most budget hotels have a room or location by the consiege to leave bags. It was a bit messy, that's all.

Price is affordable compared to American hotels of similar taste. Hotel restaurant serves good food and at all hours. The included breakfast also has a line cook for eggs to order. Stayed 1 night for an overnight layover.

I enjoyed so much to stay in orchard Hotel. Nice service, clean room and nice food. Even no much choice by breakfast but served from 3 Am that's so great! when I arrived with my baby I got plenty of help from the driver who picked us up early than I thought it would be. I was a little bit not lucky because the elivator didn't work but overall the service from hotel cover the "mess" I would said. Recommended and I am pretty sure will be back next time will my husband and family..

Nice hotel with big room and big bathroom.. The service was good and helpful staff.. breakfast quite nice with so many kind of food and drink..
Just for your attention is please make a good Line at the front office area.. because when i need to check out the desk was full and i kept standing in Line but there was 2 guest come after Me but they have your attention first. I dont know if it was because they are not a local guest so they have the first service rather than the local guest.. So please do attention there..

We're traveling form pekanbaru to London, but we have more than 12h transit time so we decided to find hotel nearby airport to crash. We pick Orchardz Bandara because its 3 stars, reasonable priced, free airport shuttle, and the only hotel that have free breakfast started from 3 am.

Overall experience was nice, very good food, definitely our top choice for hotel nearby airport.

Location was good as it was very close to the airport. They had free shuttle to and fro from airport. Room was very clean. Room service very prompt. Breakfast buffet, even though it was not a big spread but taste good. I would say it was value for money.

Near the airport, so convenient and clean. High traffic in the hotel means that it is becoming a little shabby. They offer free pick-ups and drop-offs at the airport but only at certain times, so plan ahead.

The airport shuttle was exactly what we needed since we were having to get up super early for a morning flight. Also the breakfast time of three AM was perfect for that same reason! The hotel staff were very accommodating and the rooms were very nice. The internet was quite slow but that's my only complaint.

It is easier to stay close at the airport. It will be much better if you give shuttle service to bring guest to the airport until 5 p.m.

Decent choice if near the airport. They serve breakfast from 3am and run an hourly shuttle to the airport. Be aware that if coming from the airport, due to the construction of the road your vehicle will have to travel quite far back towards the city before you can turn around to reach the hotel.

A good option to rest a few hours in between flights at a very affordable price. Everything was clean and correct. They have a free shuttle and the food was surprisingly good. WiFi works fine too.
